Return Policy

We strive to make you happy with your purchase, keeping you in good hands throughout the entire shopping experience and order process.


Certain items may be returned within 15 calendar days from the date the order was placed to receive a full refund back to the original form of payment.


You may receive a store credit for items that are returned within 30 calendar days from the date the order was placed.


Due to the high-volume of orders we receive, we do not offer exchanges. We are unable to guarantee that the item or size you may need will be available once your return is received. If you like the merchandise you purchased but may just need a different size, we would recommend placing another order with the correct size needed and sending back your original order within 15 calendar days for a full refund. If we do not receive your original order back within 15 calendar days from the date the order was placed, your only option would be to send it back within 30 calendar days for a store credit.


Items NOT Eligible for Return:


Please note that ALL items purchased on sale, with a discount code, or during a flash sale may NOT be returned for any reason. These items are FINAL sale and are non-refundable.


Accessories, Jewelry, Belts, Sunglasses, Bathing Suits, Bras, Bralettes, Bodysuits, Leotards and Gift Certificates are also FINAL sale and may NOT be returned for any reason.


Shoes must be returned in their original box and mailed back inside another box. They must be sent back with original stuffing in the shoe, and may not have been worn. If you have worn the shoe, we will not accept it back for return. If there is any damage to the shoe box such as shipping labels, packing tape or any other markings on the outside of the shoe box, it will not be accepted.


If we receive any items that are listed above that we do not accept for return, they will then be returned to the customer and you then are subject to a return shipping fee.


Criteria for Returned Items:


  • We do NOT accept worn items for return. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
  • Items must be in the same condition as you received them in.
  • If items are damaged upon arrival, we must be notified that same day you receive the package.
  • We will accept items back if they are defected, wrong size, wrong item shipped, or if you simply changed your mind.
  • Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.

To send a return back, you must download the Return Form, fill it out and send it back in the box with the items to be returned.


Returns that are sent back to Anna Claire & Co are at the customer's expense.

Refunds & Processing Time

If your return package arrives to us within 15 calendar days as specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within two weeks from the date we receive the item(s). You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction takes place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information.
